 First off, if you've been directed here from my YouTube channel, WELCOME! I wanted to provide you with the links to the items found in my bedroom tour video. Not much has changed since my previous bedroom posts, with the exception of the picture frames above my bed and giving you the low down on my closet reno. I will link for you here the post all about my closet makeover. Each bedroom item will be linked below! Lets get started!         If I had to chose to purchase a chair for this space instead of my DIY arm chair, I would chose one like this.  While I could not find my exact curtains from Kohl's, I found an inexpensive alternative from H&M at $17.99 a panel.   For those who follow me on other social media, you'll know I'm going through a "less is more" phase. I'm simplifying my life to the bare essentials that create a happy, clutter free home. While I wish my bedroom did have more "character" and a few handpicked knick knacks, I love how simple it is. Here are a few ways I want to create more character in this room in 2017. 1. Replace Bedroom Door Knob 2. Replace baseboard and door trim 3. Build custom farmhouse closet doors 4. Paint room a lighter, brighter neutral

Your bedroom is gorgeous! What color are your curtains? I know you said that Kohl's doesn't have them or you couldn't locate them. Are the ones at H&M close in color to yours? If so, what color are they? Thanks very much!

They are a light gray. Mine have a bit of a sheen to them and the ones from h&m look a little more flat, but the color is very similar! 9/23/2017 12:12:41 am
What a beautiful bedroom! I love how all of your decorations are in the colors white and gray. It looks very chic and minimalistic. We have different kind of decorations because my room is full of colors. I like your idea of less is more because it looks clean and neat. I would definitely try out the same decorations the next time I re-decorate my room!
