In a previous post, I mentioned a wreath that I was working on and I finally sat down and filmed a few ways to make felt flowers. This is a super easy project, perfect for middle aged kids to help out with (use of hot glue gun). This would be a cute end of school year teachers gift or Mother's Day gift! Keep reading for more details! I don't know about you, but I loathe spending a ton of money on wreaths! I'm one to constantly change up my style, so I will feel not one bit of guilt about chucking this wreath in the goodwill or garbage bag come the end of the season if it starts to look worn. I will say one thing about this wreath that is more of a complaint about craft stores, I wish they sold more muted, softer colored felt. While I enjoy how vibrant the wreath is, the colors are far out of my comfort zone. I suggest picking up atleast two felt sheets per color, which will produce about four felt flowers depending on the size you cut. These sheets run between .10-.35 cents a piece. The grapevine wreath will run about $5. Be sure to shop using coupons for an even better deal! Enjoy!
