Target dollar spot wooden snowflake hack

Hello again! Today I want to share with you a simple DIY project perfect for keeping out all winter long! I'm a sucker for wood projects, so when I found these wood snowflakes in the Target dollar spot for $3 each, I picked up three of them. They're fairly large and perfect for hanging outside.

Step 1: Spray an adhesive remover on sticker and allow to sit for 1-2 minutes

Step 2: Using a putty knife, scrap up sticker and wipe dry

Step 3: Apply stain to snowflake and allow to dry

I chose General Finishes gel stain in Java. It's my go to stain.

Step 4: Once stain is dry, dry brush paint onto snowflake

I chose to paint mine in Behr Natural Gray

Step 5: Once paint is dry, drill hole large enough for twine

And finally, string twine or ribbon through the hole and hang! Super simple and crazy affordable. These would also be adorable covered in glitter and hung on a Christmas tree. The options are endless!
